At Next Level Wellness, we believe quality healthcare shouldn't be limited to clinic walls. As a licensed Nurse Practitioner with 20 plus combined years of medical experience, we founded this practice to bring expert clinical care directly into your home.

My background as a United States Marine Corps veteran instilled in me a commitment to excellence, discipline, and an unwavering dedication to those I serve. That same ethos drives every patient interaction — meticulous, compassionate, and mission-focused.

Health advocacy is at the heart of everything we do. We believe every patient deserves a knowledgeable champion who will navigate the complexities of the healthcare system, ensure their concerns are heard, and fight for the care they rightfully deserve — from specialist coordination to informed treatment decisions.

I'm joined in this mission by co-founder Heather Watson, MSN, a psychiatric nurse practitioner whose own background in home health, hospice, and mental health care shares the same commitment to meeting patients where they are. Will my insurance cover this?

Membership itself is a direct, out-of-pocket fee — it isn't billed to insurance. That said, we take a hybrid approach: wherever possible, we bill your existing insurance for covered visit time and services, and we push expedited prior authorizations so approvals don't slow down your care.

Do I have to leave my current primary care provider?

Not at all — the choice is yours. You're welcome to join at any time, with membership billed monthly and cancellable with 30 days' notice. Many members transition fully to Next Level Wellness, while others prefer to keep their existing PCP; either way, we're glad to collaborate directly with your primary care provider and any specialists on your team.

What sets Next Level Wellness apart from other concierge practices?

We never ask you to come to us — we come to you. That means no driving, no traffic, no scrambling for a ride or transportation. But it's about more than convenience: your health is shaped by where and how you live. A visit in your home lets us see the full picture — your environment, access to healthy food, air quality, financial pressures, safety and durable medical equipment needs, whether you live alone, and even the animals in your household — so we can care for the whole person, not just the symptoms.

Can I pay with my HSA or FSA?

In most cases, yes — HSA and FSA funds can typically be used to cover the cost of services provided through our concierge care program.

What happens if I need to see a specialist?

As a privately owned, nurse-practitioner-led practice, we aren't tied to any particular insurance network. That independence means we can connect you with the specialist best suited to your needs, rather than one chosen for you by network restrictions.

What makes concierge healthcare different in general?

Concierge healthcare is built around personalized, relationship-driven care rather than the volume-based approach common in traditional and corporate medicine. With smaller patient panels, more time per visit, and greater accessibility, it offers a more comprehensive, attentive experience — care that's built around you, not a schedule.
